The relocation place is breath-taking, with views to the tallest mountains in the Otago Region.
The exterior featured Abodo Vulcan cladding and fascias coated with Sioo:x
Aluminium windows thermally broken with double glazed lowE argon filed glasses.
Interiors are lined with Birch plywood finished with a white-washed natural oil from Osmo.
Custom cabinetry is made of birch elite plywood white lacquered. Kitchen joinery and cupboards are made of black and light grey melamine. Flooring is Southland beech from Lindsay & Dixon - Natural and locally sourced.
